Ezeesoft(India) Terms of Service Welcome to Ezeesoft(India)
1. Your relationship with Ezeesoft(India)
1.1 Your use of Ezeesoft(India)’s products, software, services and web sites (referred
to collectively as the “Services” in this document and excluding any services provided
to you by Ezeesoft(India) under a separate written agreement) is subject to the
terms of a legal agreement between you and Ezeesoft(India). “Ezeesoft(India)” means
Ezeesoft(India) Inc., whose principal place of business . This document explains
how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement.
1.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Ezeesoft(India), your agreement with
Ezeesoft(India) will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set
out in this document. These are referred to below as the “Universal Terms”.
1.3 Your agreement with Ezeesoft(India) will also include the terms of any Legal
Notices applicable to the Services, in addition to the Universal Terms. All of these
are referred to below as the “Additional Terms”. Where Additional Terms apply to
a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your
use of, that Service.
1.4 The Universal Terms, together with the Additional Terms, form a legally binding
agreement between you and Ezeesoft(India) in relation to your use of the Services.
It is important that you take the time to read them carefully. Collectively, this
legal agreement is referred to below as the “Terms”.
1.5 If there is any contradiction between what the Additional Terms say and what
the Universal Terms say, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation
to that Service.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in
this User Agreement, which includes those terms and conditions expressly set out
below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a user of the Site.
This User Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable between eZee Soft
Solutions and every person (hereafter called 'Registe User' or User) who avails
the 'Come2MyCity ' service under the domain and sub-domains at http://www.Come2MyCity
.com. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not
use the way2sms website. Reasonable use of the way2sms website shall automatically
bound the user to this agreement. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING
THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE SUNSILICA SOLUTIONS TERMS
OF SERVICES.
USE OF Come2MyCity CONTENT
You may use the Come2MyCity Content only for your personal and noncommercial use,
only over the Internet, and only with one central processing unit at any one time.
You may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivative
works from, transfer, or sell any Come2MyCity Content, or use Come2MyCity Content
to provide products and/or services to others without the express written consent
of Come2MyCity . In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication
of Come2MyCity Content, you may not make any changes in or deletion of trademarks,
copyright notices or other proprietary notices. You acknowledge that you do not
acquire any ownership rights by downloading the Come2MyCity Content. Any rights
not expressly granted herein are reserved.

(III) ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY MyCity CONTENT YOU DOWNLOAD IS AT YOUR OWN
RISK. YOU AGREE THAT MyCity SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT,
LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DUE TO SUCH DOWNLOADS.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT MyCity AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS

TO USE OR DELAY IN USE OF THE MyCity CONTENT UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION WHETHER BASED
IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION
OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AS SUCH, SOME
OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
GENERAL TERMS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ComeMyCity regarding
use of the ComeMyCity Content, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements
with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to
be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
